1. What this covers
This policy explains how the PreOrder Pilot app for Wix (“the App”) handles data when a Wix site owner installs and uses it.
2. Data we process

We do not access or store your customers’ names, emails, addresses, orders or payment data. The App requests no customer, contact, order or payment permissions. Payments for your products and for App plans are handled entirely by Wix.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
Performance of our contract with you (providing the App) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. For store data we act as a processor on your behalf; for account and security logs we act as a controller.
4. Where data is stored
On our servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union. Access tokens from Wix are kept only in server memory and are never sent to your browser.
5. How long we keep it
- While the App is installed: campaign data and up to 500 recent activity entries per site.
- When you uninstall: we delete your campaigns, cached product data and activity log as soon as we receive Wix’s uninstall notice. We keep only the installation ID, status and removal date (to handle reinstalls and prevent replayed messages).
- Backups roll off within 30 days.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or share your data. Sub-processor: Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting). Wix.com Ltd. is the platform you use; its own privacy policy applies to data you hold in Wix.
7. Security
HTTPS only, signed Wix sessions, verified webhooks, per-store isolation, rate limiting, least-privilege permissions and restricted server access.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr). Email contact@weareplano.gr; we respond within 30 days.
9. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced in the App.
