  1. The service. PreOrder Pilot (“the App”) lets Wix store owners configure Wix Stores’ native preorder settings and schedule them. By installing or using the App you accept these terms.
  2. Your account. You need a Wix site with Wix Stores. You are responsible for your store, products, prices, preorder messages and for fulfilling preorders you accept, including informing customers about delays and handling refunds under the law that applies to you (e.g. EU consumer rules).
  3. How preorders work. The App writes settings into Wix; Wix displays them and processes checkout and payment. We do not take payments or hold customer funds. Scheduled changes run on our server about every 30 seconds and are not guaranteed to the second.
  4. Plans and billing. A Free plan is available (up to 3 active preorder campaigns). Paid plans are billed per site by Wix under Wix’s billing terms: Starter (US$5.99/month, up to 25 active campaigns), Growth (US$11.99/month, up to 100 active campaigns) and Enterprise (US$19.99/month, unlimited active campaigns), with a 14-day free trial. Wix may show prices in your local currency and add applicable taxes; the prices shown in the Wix App Market apply. You can cancel through Wix at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you downgrade, nothing is deleted, but new campaigns cannot be activated above your plan’s limit.
  5. Uninstalling. Uninstalling stops the App immediately and deletes its campaign data. Preorder settings already saved on your products stay in Wix until you change them there.
  6. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for illegal products.
  7. Availability. We aim for high availability but provide the App “as is” without warranties to the extent the law permits. We may update or improve the App.
  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if you are on the Free plan). We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  9. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
  10. Changes and termination. We may change these terms with notice in the App or on this page. We may suspend service for abuse or non-payment.
  11. Law. Greek law applies; the courts of Rhodes, Greece have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections.
